Our goal at every one of our processing plants is to provide a quality product that is noticeably superior to all our competitors’ products. We strive to meet or exceed standards set forth by the American Institute of Baking (AIB) and other regulatory and inspection bodies.

We work constantly to maintain a clean environment so we can provide a clean, safe product. To make sure we are always in compliance with federal, state, and local government regulations and guidelines, we have competent people assigned to accomplish these prescribed tasks and keep abreast of any new issues that could affect our ability to provide the best product.

We are pleased to inform our customers of the very favorable results of an A.I.B. (American Institute of Baking) audit, conducted on December 14, 2004 at Tidewater Blanching, a Peanut Corporation of America company.

The inspector presented us with a rating of “Superior,” a remarkable achievement for our second A.I.B. inspection following last year’s renovation. We are proud to attribute this accomplishment to our capable Operations Manager, our Quality Control Manager, and our whole staff of dedicated employees at Tidewater Blanching, who take Food Safety so seriously.
